Donor Database and Office Administrator

Twin Cities PBS has an immediate opening for a Donor Database and Office Administrator. This detail oriented and data-driven individual will maintain reports, data and donor information, while also performing key administrative functions to help support the overall initiatives of the Major and Planned Giving Development Team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Manages and maintains the donor database and ensures its accuracy and integrity, including: accurate gift entry, appropriate acknowledgement, and regular review of gift entry and acknowledgement procedures.
• Generates reports and works on data driven initiatives, including coding and implementation strategies.
• Leads list segmentation, mail house management, and in-house execution for monthly and additional solicitation mailings throughout the year.
• Provides operational support for gift processing and donor documentation.
• Writes and provides donor acknowledgments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including: scheduling meetings and taking minutes, preparing documents and presentation materials, maintaining office supplies, assisting with donor event preparations, and fulfilling donor benefits and requests.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• College degree preferred with 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency and experience with CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency and experience with computers is required with a strong understanding of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be incredibly organized and detail oriented.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills – interpersonal, verbal, and written.
• Demonstrates high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and keep organizational priorities clear.
• Team player and self-starter with the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Accountable for ensuring accuracy and completeness of all materials and database entries.
• Must be available to work weekdays, some evenings and weekends as needed, in support of event activities.
• Genuine interest in fundraising, data analytics, and public media is a must!
