Primary Function of the Position:

The Director of Institutional Giving will lead the organization’s foundation, government and corporate giving efforts. This includes the responsibilities to identify, qualify and manage relationships with prospective funders and develop persuasive funding proposals and reports for submission to corporations, foundations and governmental sources resulting in increased institutional support for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). This also entails securing sponsorships for the agency’s signature events. The Director of Institutional Giving is part of the leadership team.

Additional Information:

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
