Grants & Fundraising Events Manager

Reporting to the Development Director, the Grants and Fundraising Event Manager will manage the reporting and application process with key foundation and institutional partners, while also collaborating with leadership staff advancing and expanding new funding relationships. In addition, the position will provide day-to-day oversight of fundraising events ranging from the Points North Online Auction to Legacy Circle Gatherings to Instructor Insight evenings.

– Bachelor degree or higher strongly preferred.
– Significant grant writing experience and demonstrated capacity to manage multiple foundation and institutional partnerships.
– Success capturing and conveying organizational priorities, integrating multiple grant funding relationships to achieve a broad range of strategic priorities.
– Experience managing highly successful events that involve multiple partners and numerous participants. Demonstrated capacity to utilize technology to track event participation, auction item details, donor recognition, etc.
– Non-profit experience strongly preferred, particularly in a fast growing environment with limited budgets and resources.
– Strong communication (oral, written & listening) skills.
– Technologically savvy, with experience utilizing multiple software platforms.
