The Fund Development Coordinator, in collaboration with the ED, Board and committee members and staff, develops, implements and manages a comprehensive Fund Development Plan that focuses on achieving and expanding the number of individual, foundation & corporate donors giving repeatable, unrestricted gifts. This responsibility includes donor communication, implementing a point of entry program using the Benevon model, and coordinating fundraising events and special campaigns.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about fostering philanthropy, have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and will work collaboratively to inspire, motivate and focus internal and external team members to the agreed upon goals of WCR. Successful candidates will be extremely dependable, articulate and inspiring communicators in both written and oral forms and highly organized. They will have an independent work style but can also be an effective team player, be self-motivated and demonstrate innovative problem solving.

This is a 75% (30 hours/week) position.
