Totino-Grace is an Archdiocesan co-educational Catholic high school in the Lasallian tradition.


Totino-Grace High School seeks an experienced professional to provide strategic oversight of the Raiser’s Edge database, including but not limited to, development and management of the system, constituent and gift entry, reporting, and strategic planning regarding advancement objectives. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the Advancement Database Analyst will support the advancement team through constituent segmentation, analysis, and reporting, prospect research, growth and expansion around donor relationships, and donor stewardship. The Advancement Database Analyst will also perform other duties as required or assigned.

General Responsibilities
1.    Conduct constituent segmentation and prospect research to maximize fundraising outreach.
2.    Manage Raiser’s Edge database to ensure the integrity and security of content.
3.    Production of standard and custom reports to assist with donor and donation tracking.
4.    Build queries and exports for complex mailing lists for newsletters, direct mail appeals, and event invitations.
5.    Interface with finance department regarding gift entry, pledge fulfillment, fund creation, gift restrictions, audit reporting, and reconcile gift deposits monthly/annually.
6.    Develop and maintain annual constituent recognition report.
7.    Support gift recognition and pledge reminder process.
8.    Oversee advancement student employees and phonathon program.
9.    Engage in all advancement special events.

Required Qualities
1.    A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2.    Advanced proficiency with Raiser’s Edge donor management program.
3.    Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word); knowledge and ability to perform mail merges and spreadsheet uploads/downloads.
4.    Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and reporting skills.
5.    Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
6.    Ability to work independently.

Desired Skills
1.    Fundraising experience in education and/or non-profit field.
2.    Experience in college or high school advancement.
3.    Skills and experience in annual fund planning.
4.    Previous experience in Catholic education.
5.    Understanding of the Lasallian mission and experience in a Lasallian school.
